BUILT FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS TO MAKE IT ALL WORK.

Planning an event is a lot. You don’t have to solve every detail before you call us. We’ll help you think through what matters to your family, venue, committee, or team.

  • Which attraction fits the crowd
  • Where the train route or hoops setup can go
  • What the venue may need from the vendor
  • Whether travel is available for the location
  • What questions to resolve before event day
  • How to start even if plans are still changing

Why we do it

GIVING BACK AT HOME.

We’re a veteran-owned family business, and this community is the reason we keep rolling. Between parties and festivals, the train shows up wherever our neighbors need a little joy: church and neighborhood gatherings, and a Christmas toy delivery run for local families. Those are some of the days we look forward to most.

Past events have also taken the train to Uvalde and Bryan. Those are places we’ve been, not a list of places we currently travel. Ask us what’s possible for your date.

It really is this simple

THREE STEPS, ONE REAL CONVERSATION.

You’ll talk to one of us, not an office. Reaching out starts a conversation—it does not confirm a booking.

  1. Call or send a quick note

Share your date, location, and celebration—or simply what you know so far.

  2. Talk with one of us

We’ll listen, ask a few practical questions, and help you sort through the options.

  3. Work it out together

If it feels like a fit, we’ll settle the details and make a plan that works for everyone.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING.

Here are a few quick answers. If yours isn’t here, just call—we’re happy to talk.

Can I contact you before I know my final budget or guest count?

Please do. Tell us what you know and what matters most. We’ll talk through the event, location, and options with you. There is no pressure to book just because you reached out.

Do you travel outside San Antonio?

Yes, travel may be available for surrounding communities. Send the event location and date so we can confirm availability and any travel considerations.

Are the attractions insured?

The business is fully insured. If your school, venue, city, or organization has documentation requirements, include them in your inquiry so we can confirm what is needed.

How do I know whether the attraction will fit our site?

Tell us about the venue, surface, available space, access points, and expected crowd. We’ll review those details with you before the event plan is finalized.

Can we request both attractions?

Yes. Choose “Both Attractions” on the inquiry form, and we’ll confirm what is possible for your date, site, and event plan.

Let’s talk

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT IT.

Tell us your date, where you’re at, and what you’re celebrating. A phone call is the quickest way to get an answer, and you’ll be talking to one of us, not an office. Reaching out doesn’t confirm a booking. We’ll follow up and work it out together.

San Antonio and surrounding communities

WHAT ARE YOU CELEBRATING?

Just tell us what you know so far. It’s completely fine if the date, guest count, or budget is still up in the air. We’ll open a ready-to-send message in your email app.

This does not book anything. Prefer to talk it through? Call 210-381-3427.

The last stop

WE’LL BRING THE TRAIN. YOU BRING THE CROWD.

Birthdays, school days, church festivals, and neighborhood gatherings all have a different route. Tell us where you’re headed, and we’ll help you work through the practical details.
