Leon Valley questions
LEON VALLEY RENTAL FAQS
Do you bring the trackless train and Hoops on Wheels to Leon Valley?
Yes, we travel to Leon Valley and the surrounding Bexar County area when the date and site work. Send your event location early and we'll confirm what is possible.
What kinds of Leon Valley events do you usually work?
City events, School field days, Neighborhood parties, and similar family gatherings. Leon Valley venues are compact, so we’ll confirm the route length and setup space before your event day.
Can we book both attractions for one Leon Valley event?
Often yes, when there is space for both. Choose "Both Attractions" on the availability form and we'll confirm what fits your Leon Valley venue, crowd size, and timing.
How far ahead should I request a Leon Valley date?
As early as you can. Weekend dates and school-year events fill first, so reaching out early gives us the best chance of holding your Leon Valley date. Submitting the form does not book your date—we follow up to confirm.
Is there a travel fee for Leon Valley?
Travel outside San Antonio depends on the distance, date, and site. Share your Leon Valley address and event time, and we'll tell you what travel looks like before you commit to anything.
Are you insured for Leon Valley schools, churches, and city venues?
The business is fully insured. If your Leon Valley venue, school district, or city office needs documentation, mention it in your request so we can confirm what's required.
