Each quote depends on the attraction, event length, location, and site. We price from those details so you get an answer for your event instead of a rate that may not fit it.
Does asking for a quote book my date?
No. Sending the form starts a conversation. We follow up to confirm availability, the event plan, and the quote before anything is booked.
Can I ask for pricing on both attractions?
Yes. Choose Both Attractions on the form. We’ll confirm whether the date and site can support The Doodle Train and Hoops on Wheels together.
What if I don’t know the final guest count or schedule?
Send your best estimate. A date, location, and rough event plan give us enough to start. We can work through the open details with you.
